As my practice evolved, I discovered a passion for power vinyasa style classes and completed my 200-hour certification in 2006. My goal is to encourage students to find their inner strength through the beauty of asanas, whether it is day 1 or day 1,000.

Taylor’s teaching philosophy revolves around fostering community and growth alongside her students, creating a holistic and enriching yoga experience for all. TEACHING STYLE: I hope to provide well rounded classes that help each student more deeply connect with their unique breath and movement. Inspired by the teachings of Krishnamacharya and B. K. S. Iyengar, I try to ensure every class has a powerful warm up, balancing postures, inversions, and a slow closing with deeper stretching.
