If you are unable to attend the class for which you have enrolled, you must cancel more than 12 hours prior to the class start time. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a late cancellation charge. Unlimited members are permitted up to 2 late cancellations or no-shows per month. Any additional occurrences beyond this limit will be charged to your account at a rate of $15 each.
