Susie is very passionate about using all forms of yoga as an opportunity to explore and deepen our awareness of the world around us, so that we may begin/continue to navigate the many layers of the world within us. The breath will always be the foundation of her classes as she guides with her words in a way that encourages students to feel the postures, and support today’s practice with many options of modification & variation. Susie is also a 500hr Yoga Therapy instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist with extensive studies in Reflexology, Energy Work and Essential Oils.
