200 Hour
Yoga Teacher Training
ONLINE & IN PERSON: STARTS AUGUST 2025
What to Expect
Flow Yoga Studio 200-hour offers a well-rounded hybrid in-person and online training experience including lecture, discussion, practical application, and experiential learnings. It is an encouraging and challenging program that meets the needs of many learning styles.
The Flow Yoga Studio 200-hour training aims to not only be sure trainees are able to convey a 60-minute power vinyasa sequence, but that they do so in their own voice and style. We teach clear and concise cuing with a focus on inclusive language and modifications to be sure all students abilities are met.
Flow Yoga YTT is committed to offering aspects of yoga that are necessary to have a well rounded understanding of yoga tradition as well as innovation to best serve our time and culture. Philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and personal development anchor the instruction of yoga teaching.

Chris has had the honor of holding space throughout the Denver Metro area, weaving together energy and intention as he guides a diverse array of practices—from the dynamic flow of Vinyasa to the stillness of Nidra and all the alchemy in between. What fuels his journey is the profound soul-to-soul connections he cultivates with those who allow him to guide their practice. You can find creative transitions, arm balances, inversions and emphasis on breath as Chris takes you through a hatha-vinyasa inspired flow with dope beats to keep you moving.

Susie is very passionate about using all forms of yoga as an opportunity to explore and deepen our awareness of the world around us, so that we may begin/continue to navigate the many layers of the world within us. The breath will always be the foundation of her classes as she guides with her words in a way that encourages students to feel the postures, and support today’s practice with many options of modification & variation. Susie is also a 500hr Yoga Therapy instructor, Community Herbalist, Licensed Massage Therapist with extensive studies in Reflexology, Energy Work and Essential Oils.

Her love of yoga began as a compliment to her active outdoor lifestyle, but quickly transformed into a practice which deepened her understanding of herself, her connection to her community and to the cycles of the nature.
She is known for focus on breath and alignment, and often teaches based upon the seasons and lunar phases. Her light heart, love of music, and ability to bring students into a place of total body awareness are her strong points.Leda
