I believe proactive skills in health, happiness, and well being are a fundamental human right. For over two decades, I have dedicated my life to sharing with and providing others with innovative skills in mindfulness, yoga, meditation and physical activity.


LT obtained her 500-hour teaching certification in Atlanta, GA. Her style pulls inspiration from various trainings, which span from alignment-based and disciplined to mosaic and creative. In her class, students can expect to move with grace and vigor, practice deep breathing, and try something new.

Leda Olmstead

Her love of yoga began as a compliment to her active outdoor lifestyle, but quickly transformed into a practice which deepened her understanding of herself, her connection to her community and to the cycles of the nature.
She is known for focus on breath and alignment, and often teaches based upon the seasons and lunar phases. Her light heart, love of music, and ability to bring students into a place of total body awareness are her strong points.


Yoga and then meditation began as self care for Jen.  She finished her 200 hr 7 years ago as well as completed her 285 hours Masters of Wisdom Meditation teacher training with Davidji.  Dr Jen has worked in a variety of health care settings and has currently opened her own private Functional Physician practice merging east and west techniques of health care.  She is excited to share these practices with you and help you find stillness within.


Fay is a 200hr Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor. Her classes are challenging yet enjoyable for all levels. You can expect feel good flows that have you walking away feeling accomplished and satisfied. When Fay is not on her mat she can be found on the mountains enjoying all things outdoors.



Danielle is driven by her love for traveling, nature, and endless time on her mat.  She received her 200 hr Vinyasa training in Canggu, Bali while living in Asia for several months.  She loves to share her practice to help others feel the sense of clarity, calmness, and overall well being.  She kindly welcomes students of any level to join her in a class filled with playful asanas, concentrated breathwork, and ultimate relaxation.


Adriana has been teaching yoga regularly since 2015. She is 500hr Yoga Alliance certified, a Prenatal Yoga Teacher, and a Birth Doula. Through her yoga practice, she has been able to align with the truth – that our inner guidance is what gives us a true advantage. She is committed to opening students eyes to this philosophy one class at a time using self-study, music, movement, and meditation.

Jamie B

Jamie has been practicing yoga since 2002 and teaching since 2007, and is a certified 500hr instructor. . Jamie loves the mind-body connection and tries to help students find more mindfulness and mental strength off the mat by practicing it on the mat.


Brooke is a 200 hr certified Yoga instructor with a strong practice, and a beautiful smile.  Join her for Flow, Level 2 classes and Sculpt+Yoga classes.

Suzanne Hauserman

Suzanne has been practicing Yoga for more than 20 years and been teaching since 2008; she is a certified Yoga Teacher, a certified Rolfer and Paddleboard Yoga instructor, as well as being a mobility coach. Her classes focus on Flow, and she loves to empower and challenge her yogis! You can join Suzanne on yoga retreats as well, near and far.
