Meg is a life-long learner and practitioner of yoga. She loves to incorporate heart openers, pranayama, mantra, the chakra system, the yoga sutras, energy healing, and singing bowls into her classes. She loves to incorporate various styles of yoga into her teaching for a well-rounded, balanced, uplifting, and stimulating practice.  Her style emphasizes deep connection, allowing her students to get out of their mind and into their heart.
